I'm a tech enthusiast. Nothing makes me drool more than the sleek ergonomic design of news laptops. Nothing can make me gasp in awe more than the seductive curvature of new cell phones.

But I feel society is somewhat too reliant on technology. Valuable time is wasted on a blaring LED screen. True, it is so much easier to communicate and stay in touch. But is it to the degradation of basic social communication? Have we really gone so far as to pull out our phones to constantly reply to someone else while in the midst of a conversation with someone in real life? It's an uneasy sight. It is also an annoyance. Everyone has a fatal hamartia.
