What a wonderful year. I've met new people, moved farther away from people, known people better, and so it's a wild ride. I can will not say whether it was a good or bad year. I feel that at the end of it all, a year will always be closely balanced between the best of it all, and the worst of it all.
      The most major thing I've learned this year would probably be expectations. Expectations, they are a terrible curse a person can have. It's a wonderful burden on some days. Maybe not on others.


But that's how it is in this world. You have your expectations running through your head, and the reality rolling against your eyes.
