"This is so typical. A group of SELF-PROCLAIMED "experts," using arbitrary standards created by them, presumes to judge every high schol in the country. First, these are NOT experts. They are a bunch of intellectual eggheads who haave no real world experience, and have totally immeresed themselves in abstract theory. Next, the SAT is a money making scam job, that has become entrenched in the educational landscape. The only thing the SAT measures is how well a student takes the SAT. With all of the "coaching" (cheating), SAT scores, even if they were legitimate are grossly inflated. AP/IB programs are a made-up edifice to pad resumes - they are also inflated. Look at the quality of graduates these days - remedial courses in college, can't read, etc. This with all of this fraudulent grade inflation, the "testing" industry, etc. Now compare that to the past - Issac Newton took no SAT, no AP or IB, no grade inflation... Thomas Jefferson, Albert Einstein, Marie Curie, etc. They did far greater things without all of these ARTIFICIAL CONSTRUCTS, and certainly without the advice of so-called "experts." I REJECT this idiotic list, nor do I recognize any oif these morons as experts. You want reality, read John Taylor Gatto and other such authors who have been there."

I couldn't agree more. Isaac Newton did not take an SAT and look what he has accomplished.
